Korean War Springfield M1 Garand with correct SA 6-55 barrel #5885722
Excellent condition M1 Garand with original finish and original SA 6-55 barrel which is correct for the serial number range. Bore is dark, with slight roughness throughout, but gauges very well at just under a 2 at the muzzle and under a 3 at the throat which should make this a great shooting Garand. Metal is excellent. Excellent walnut stock that retains a crisp DOD postage stamp and P cartouche. No import marks.
