Austro-Hungarian Steyr M1912 Pistol 9×23 Steyr 1918 #15898
This is a Steyr M1912 semi-automatic pistol, marked ‘STEYR 1918’, indicating production during the final year of World War I. Chambered in 9mm Steyr, this robust and unique pistol was used extensively by Austro-Hungarian forces. It features a fixed magazine loaded via stripper clips and a rotating barrel locking mechanism. The wood grips are in good condition with checkering visible. This example retains much of its original finish and has matching serial numbers on the frame and slide. Bore is very good. A historically significant piece, perfect for collectors of WWI-era firearms. No import marks.
