Correct Grade Korean War Springfield M1 Garand with correct SA 5-55 barrel #5874940
Excellent condition Correct Grade M1 Garand with original finish and original SA 5-55 barrel which is correct for the serial number range. Parts all appear to have the correct numbers. Bore is excellent, and gauges just over a 1 at the muzzle and a 3 at the throat which should make this a great shooting Garand. Metal is excellent. Excellent walnut stock that retains a crisp DOD postage stamp and P cartouche. This rifle came from the CMP as a Service Grade rifle and was originally purchased in 2006 and includes the original CMP paperwork and bill of sale. No import marks.
