This is an Italian M1891 Cavalry Carbine, manufactured by RE Terni in 1935 and chambered in 6.5 Carcano. Designed for mounted troops, this carbine features a folding bayonet and a shorter barrel length for maneuverability. This example shows signs of use but retains its original stock and finish, adding to its historical appeal. Bore is excellent. A great piece for collectors of military surplus firearms, especially those interested in WWI-era Italian weaponry. No import marks.
