Italian Carcano M91/38 Cavalry Carbine FNA Brescia 6.5×52 w/ matching stock 1940 #CAR11258
This is an Italian M91/38 Cavalry Carbine, manufactured by FNA Brescia and chambered in 6.5 Carcano. Model 1938 Cavalry carbines mirrored original M91 cavalry carbines but featured fixed sights besides the FNA-Brescia, which did return to the adjustable rear sight (200-meter battle sight with 600-1500 meter adjustable), as pictured. Designed for mounted troops, this carbine features a folding bayonet and a shorter barrel length for maneuverability. This example shows signs of use but retains its original stock and finish, adding to its historical appeal. Bore is excellent. A great piece for collectors of military surplus firearms, especially those interested in WWII-era Italian weaponry. No import marks.
