WW2 I.B.M. M1 Carbine subcontracted by Auto Ordnance #3847391
This excellent looking IBM M1 Carbine that went through a Rock Island Arsenal rebuild at some point. IBM made M1 Carbine’s from Aug 1943 to May 1944. Based on the serial number, this carbine was manufactured in early 1944. The IBM barrel is excellent with a shiny bore, and measures just under a 3 using a CMP gauge. Correct parts for this serial range include: LW-B low-wood stock, KV-B type-2 sling swivel, undated IBM barrel, BE-B trigger housing, AOB slide, and AOB round bolt. No import marks.
