WW2 Saginaw Subcontract Receiver for inland w/ Correct 11-43 Barrel #941834X
This rare M1 Carbine variant has a receiver manufactured by Saginaw for Inland. Some Saginaw receivers overran into the same serial number block and were marked with an X following the serial number from approximately 940,600X thru 950,919X, making this 1 of only about 10,000 made. Original 11-43 Inland barrel is excellent measuring a 1 using a CMP gauge. Original IO marked stock and hand guard. This rifle went through a Benica Arsenal rebuild after WW2 and retains mostly Inland parts. No import marks.
